Q: Can this system be used with any Medela pumps?

Yes! There is an adaptator that comes with the Kindee kit but be careful. If you twist it on too tight, the adapter will detach from the pump. You can only imagine what would happen next...the bag will fall and you'll milk will be every where. I've lost 6oz. Of milk in one session because of this so I've come to hold the adapter and breast pump shield just in case.

Q: If you pump into the bags, and don't get much (like an ounce), can you later reattach the bag and pump more in? Or do you need to use a new bag?

Maggie...you can't, because you can't add your warm breast milk to cold breast milk (so I've read). What I do if I have a bag I want to fill more is I pump into a bottle, then put that in the fridge to cool and then when they are the same temperature in the fridge, dump the contents of the bottle into the bag.
