Game changer
Great carb alternative.Total game changer if you’re on a cut/diet, has kept me super full, and so little cals per serving.Texture might take a bit of getting used to, especially if you order a thicker noodle, but this brand has a much better texture than others I’ve tried and no smell.Konjac is high in glucomannan, which absorbs water, so make sure you’re drinking lots of water alongside/after eating!

Must buy item
The texture is very nice. It is so alike a real noodle. No stranger smells. A good replacement of normal carbs noodles. Its 0 calorie! Just need to pull out the water and it is ready to eat. It can be eat as salad or with soup. Easy to prepare. I have rebuy 4boxes already!

Faulty product
I've been eating konjac noodles for a couple of years now due to their low calories and great fibre content ( which helps to support good gut bacteria) . I have recently changed to this brand which I love as there is no nasty smell which usually accompanies konjac noodles and they are certified gluten free. Sadly when I got half way through the last box one of the packets had burst and had gone off and contaminated the rest of the box, the smell was terrible , sadly I'm past the date to return this item , disappointed as it is usually a good product.

Best one yet
Far better than Holland and Barrett's konjac rice at about 40% of the price. Unlike other shiritaki rice and pasta products I've tried this only need one quick rinse under the tap and the usual konjac flavour is gone leaving a neutral taste. I still dry fry it to remove the moisture. The texture is also an improvement on other konjac products and not rubbery. It even has a hint of softness to it and so soaks up sauce flavours better. Recommended.

Made me really ill
I'm afraid these have to go in the bin; I'm so disappointed as they didn't smell at all and tasted ok and I was looking forward to finding a good quality carb alternative to pasta. However, having only had 1/4 of the pack at around 5 pm and going to bed around 9.30, I was awake all night with a really bad stomach ache. The next day was not pleasant at all. I won't go into details, but you can use your imagination. If you do try them, NEVER have a full pack (1/2 a portion is the recommended serving amount), and start small, but for me, even a 1/4 pack didn't agree with me.

Price lost a star - but fantastic alternative to rice
I've eaten Konjac noodles before, but by a different brand. I wanted to try a rice version, but they didn't do them. So I took a chance on these.I'm mega impressed - they don't smell - the other brand had a strong fish sent that only went away with running it under a hot tap for an extended period of time.I did rinse them but not sure I needed to. I cooked them in some butter with sweetcorn. My wife said she didn't like the textture but I'm sold - I would happily eat these in place of rice - which is great because I'm on a low calorie diet and I was missing rice, these are a great substitute.Only issue is the cost - the packets are very small - half a regular packet of rice...and they're nearly £12 for 8 - thats pretty steep. Buying in a larger quantity would potentially work out cheaper but that would be nearly £60 - brining the cost down a little would make these an staple in my kitchen, but at the moment I'm going to have to be more selective when purchasing them.
