Drillbrush New Quick Change Shaft Shower, Tub, and Tile Power Scrubber Brush

Made a tedious job much, much easier. Wouldn't have been without it.

I've wanted one of these for years, when I first found them they were only for sale in the US. I noticed they were on amazon.ca finally so I took the plunge. The yellow brush is apparently the one you choose for bathroom, it did a good job of scrubbing without affecting the finish of any of the chrome taps etc. I have some bad built in stains in my shower because they were never cleaned by the previous owner, but I got it as clean as possible with this. The pressure you hold it down with affects how much of a "scrub" you get and I found that it wore out my 14V drill battery in about 10 mins, so it can take some punishment. I was most impressed that some stains I had on the drain stoppers in my sink seemed to be permanent, I tried forever to do something about it. Scrubbing with the drill brush for 30 secs with a regular bathroom cleaner and it looks brand new! (Not even a scratch from the bristles!). After a thorough rinse I left the brushes out to dry, there was still some gunk dripping off of the bristles so it gets more dirt than you notice. It really is the best thing you can get for scrubbing a shower/tub if you want to conserve some elbow grease. At first I only wanted the flat brush, but now I'm glad I got the double pack because the other brush really cleans the hard to reach places.

Made very short work of the mineral stains on my shower glass. Turned a job I'd been avoiding forever into less than 10 minutes of work. Didn't have quite the same magical effect on the tile grout mold, but maybe I need a stiffer version for that. I do find them a bit pricey, but on the whole pretty happy! My neighbour saw me using it, and she immediately borrowed it for the same job at her place. She was also quite happy.

Everyone that has tile needs one of these!! It made cleaning grout lines so much faster. No more tedious scrubbing & cleaning for me!

The worst thing about these brushes is that you will go on a cleaning frenzy. It is wayyyy to fun to clean stuff!I got these brushes because it was time to clean our bathrooms. We have two bathrooms, one has a porcelain tub, the other is fiberglass and both have what seems to be about four miles of tile surround.Our bathrooms were pretty gross because I was dragging my feet so I did spray a little Kaboom Foaming Cleaner just to get things started.WORD OF WARNING! If you use any product along with these brushes wear safety glasses and clothes you can sacrifice, you will get splattered!The flat round brush worked a charm on the tile walls and the round brush got in all the corners and curves.So much fun!
