Design flaw. Motor mount broken. Making too much noise
The gun makes a horrible noise.I checked the reviews and saw that I'm not the only one with this problem.I read a review where someone got a replacement, but the new one was just as loud.I took it apart and found that the motor mount with all four screws was broken.I looked into why it happened and realized the four screws are way too short to handle the motor's power, so they're bound to break on most of the unitsI fixed it myself. I put in new, longer 0.75-inch screws. It stopped the vibration and the noise.Basically, the motor is overpowered and the factory-installed screws don't go in deep enough, so the plastic housing cracks. This is a design flaw. Everything else is just fine. Happy with the product after fixing it myself

Lighter on sound but not on weight
Build quality is very good. Good massage with force. Lighter in sound, BLDC works. Comes with good case to keep all items intact. 2 issues. 1. It’s too heavy to self hold For self back massage 2. Its grip is too big to hold comfortably. Battery indicator should have been there on display.

Sound is too much
EnglishI need to reschedule my order. I had been waiting since the 11th; they tried to deliver it on the 12th while I was away from home. The driver was close and asked me to wait 10 minutes, but then he cancelled the delivery. I am sorry about that; please reschedule it immediately. I am ready.

It worked fine the first day we got it, i tried it on my shoulders for 30 mins. After the battery ran out, been trying to charge it for 3 days but it just doesnt take charge.
User
Not as strong as I expected it to be
Setting up to 30+ but felt it still is not strong enough. But i guess it’s a good starter massage gun.Good weight.
