How do you justify spending 200 when there is one just like it for 94

You get what you pay for. This one automagically cleans, filters, and stores your oil. The cheaper ones do not do that.

Is it easy to clean? How long can u leave oil in there before next use?

It's very easy to clean. You can put all of the parts (except the heating coil) in the dishwasher. The oil is filtered when you drain it back into the oil box and it does an excellent job of cleaning it. I've made fish & chips in it and the oil was still clean enough to keep using it. I've found I can add a little new oil after each use (to keep it at the maximum level). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fryer.

Do the metal handles get hot? Especially the lid one?

The side handles and the top handle do not get hot while cooking. The sides also stay pretty cool while cooking. You just have to be careful when opening the lid because there is a lot of condensation that sticks to the bottom of the lid and could drip down and burn you.
