Superb Taste!
Top class Fish curry. Anyone that has not tried fish curry really should-it is delicious! Use a firm fish for best results such as Cod steak or Salmon.If you are not too squeamish, use a complete Cod or Salmon head! They do in Malaysia with a sea fish called Ikan Kurau.
