This is a excellent book written in non technical language highly reccomended

I loved how easy the recipes were to follow. The best wine making book I've had.

Great book. No nonsense and informative with loads of pictures

The wine, beer and cider sections were really good and inspirational - especially the small batch beer production - just make one demi-john of beer, instead of all of those pints ..... that is the way to start, in a very small scale, so thanks for that. One star taken off for the `other concoctions' - didn't think they were necessary and would like to see them replaced with more wine recipes in a later edition. Who am I to say? The new editor? Yes, I'll do that job.Overall the book is beautifully illustrated with wonderful photos and full of useful, amusing and inspirational ideas for home brewing and wine making. Would make a fab present or a useful lockdown essential.

Fantastic book, easy to follow recipes for some really enjoyable drinks. With just simple equipment I'm making home brews of far better quality than in any kits I or my friends have used. This is my first and only brewing book so I cannot say if it is lacking in any areas. Perfect for a beginner though.

Great book. One of the few that I have found that has recipes for beer in relatively small quantities. This means that you don't have to have specialist brewing equipment

I already have a few brewing books but they all focus on certain aspects of brewing and miss out some key information. Not this book. It provides an excellent guide to many aspects of home brewing with the added bonus of some top tips. Everything has been given careful consideration and the layout is user friendly. So if you just want to learn about wine making, beer brewing or you have bigger plans such as damson and fennel vodka, wheat beers or oak leaf wine then look no further.Its my 'go-to' brewing book!

Nice sized book, good cover and delivery although disappointed to find the first page was bent and torn when received as this is going to be a gift - see photo.
