Effective and Comfortable but velcro didn't last with heavy use
I have terrible neck pain from my work and have used a few of these posture braces. They do work to alleviate chronic pain from years of bad posture while working or from looking at computers or phone. This particular one is very comfortable compared to others I've tried because it doesn't have any plastic buckles on it. Unfortunately however the velcro on this one wore out relatively quickly and will no longer hold after just a few months of heavy use.

Disappointed
After a few days, I can say I'm disappointed. It's not comfortable, it's not easy for an 80 year old to put on, and I can't seem to get the 'fit' right.Considering returning it.
