Heavy Duty Sharp Scissors - Forged Stainless Steel Separatable Kitchen Shears With Bottle Opener, Nut Cracker 8 Inch

As far as shears/scissors go, they don't cut any better than any other set of good shears (note: I haven't put them up against anything too challenging, as I don't use my kitchen shears for things like cutting meat). However, they are very solid in construction and the fact that it can be disassembled for better cleaning is a definite plus. They state that they can be put in the dishwasher, so that is nice, but I tend not to put knives or any other sharp edged things in the dishwasher (I hear it dulls them). Overall, solid product and worthy of purchase. I would say this is almost 5 star, but it's main purpose is only just as good as any other good alternative.

The media could not be loaded.  These feel and look quality. They come apart well, and go back together tight for a sharp cut every time. The finish is nice, and I like that there's absolutely no parts, screws, etc to fall off or get loose.The only issue I have with these is that I have to open my hand almost twice as far as the shears do. This happens because the handles before the pivot point are so long with the bottle openers and large loops. They could've put the bottle opener inside the loop or just forgone it to avoid this issue.Overall though, they're a very nice, versatile pair of kitchen shears.

They came sharp right out of the box! I like that they are simple and elegant. There are no screws to come loose or bind up. There are no handles to break off or anything plastic anywhere. They are simply a tool for the kitchen in a let's get business done attitude.

So far so good with these kitchen shears. They cut well, being paper & through connecting tissue when cutting apart a chicken. They are nice looking also, not cheap & have a good weight to them.Cleaning is easy as the 2 pieces come apart. Only time will tell how well the finish stays where these 2 parts come together, but after a few weeks of use these are holding up & not rusting.As there is some length to these handles & the blades are not super long, it may take some effort and additional cuts when cutting paper. Have not really had an issue when cutting between chicken bones.On the ends there are tabs you can use to help open a soda can, a bottle opener in the middle & even use as a nut cracker.So far so good!

These scissors are super handy to have in the kitchen. They cut through meat well, they can be used for anything needing cutting. It is also helpful that they can be used as a nut cracker and bottle opener.

I needed some new kitchen shears and these are so much better than the ones they replaced. They're made from very high quality steel that's been forged and milled to perfection. The even come apart for easy cleaning.

I have been wanting a pair of kitchen scissors that I can separate to wash. This pair is a great find. They of course separate, they are very sharp and most important they are very comfortable to use. The finger holes seem to be a good size so your fingers don't get sore. They are smooth so they do not rub. The design is very well thought out. Not only are these scissors, they can open bottles, unscrew caps and pull up the tab on pop tops so you do not break a finger nail. They are also dishwasher safe. These are the perfect kitchen tool.

These scissors are made of very solid heavy-duty metal. Super sharp but contoured in a way that makes them safe. It opens and closes very smoothly so the cut will be smooth.
