Great Product
This camera is great. It is easy to use, you just unbox a pack of i-type film, insert into the film tray, remove the dark film protector which auto ejects after the film tray has been closed, and the camera is then ready to use. There are two buttons on the back, one on the side, and two on the front. The back buttons are the on button and the flash button, there is also an LED indicator on the back which lets you know how many films you have left in the cartridge. The side button is used to open the film tray. The front buttons are for taking the photos, instant being the big red button and timed being the smaller stopwatch looking button. When you take a photo, the film immediately ejects. I’ve found you have better results if you immediately place the film in a dark place. It takes 15-30 minutes for the film to develop but you can start to notice the photo forming after only a few. For a good photo you need really good lighting. I recommend always using the flash on top of making sure whatever you want to capture is lit up well.I have been using this camera for a few days now and the charge is still green (which means full or near full). All in all I highly recommend this camera if you are looking for quick film printed photos. The price is good for the quality you get and it’s highly satisfying taking a photo and watching it come out of the camera.NOTE: This camera does not come with film included, if you decide to buy you need to make sure you buy the correct film type separately (I use i-type film).

Retro fun
stant Camera is here to capture all your Kodak (or should I say, Polaroid?) moments! This little gem is like a time machine that spits out memories instead of flux capacitors. With its sleek design and vibrant colors, it’s like the ‘80s and ‘90s had a love child and named it ‘retro-cool.’ And let’s talk about the instant gratification – none of that waiting around for photos to develop like you’re watching paint dry. Nope, with the Polaroid Now, it’s snap, shake, and voila! Instant masterpiece. Plus, it’s so easy to use, even your grandma could figure it out (no offense, Grandma). And don’t even get me started on the joy of handing out physical photos like you’re some kind of Polaroid Santa Claus. Whether you’re documenting your epic road trip, capturing candid moments with friends, or just snapping selfies for the ’gram, the Polaroid Now Gen 2 Instant Camera is your ticket to instant nostalgia. So go ahead, channel your inner hipster, and get ready to capture memories that will last a lifetime (or until your next memory card is full).

Very happy
My daughter asked for this for Christmas and she is extremely pleased fairly easy to use. it's like going back in time photos developed well all depending on what film you buy there are many and definitely do not shake your photos like the old days. I'm just not sure as I ordered black but it seems the face looks grey with a black back I'm not sure if it's meant to look like that but either way my daughter is still extremely happy and with that so am I.

Inadequate Customer Service
Never the less the actual camera itself is 10/10, though at times the camera can produce photos which are blurred or has got different colours covering the actual photo.Though on the other hand the customer service from Carmarthen Cameras is absolutely disgraceful. I had recently returned this item due to the film being to expensive (£15 for 8 photos) and had hoped on a refund within 5-7 days. The refund policy and customer service for this company is inadequate, and I did not receive my refund from Amazon. I am disgusted in Carmarthen Cameras customer service. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Absolutely disgraceful.

Love it
This is the first time I have owned and used a Polaroid instant camera; this one comes nicely boxed with the camera itself, quick start guide, usb-c cable and a wrist strap. You need film which is sold separately; I got the “Polaroid 6009 Color Film for i-Type” film which is £27.99 for 16 shots/exposures. The cost can add up very quickly being each photo at £1.74 each; however I enjoyed the experience with the physical photos which you don’t get instantly with camera phones and DSLRS. This camera has various features such as self timer and double exposure mode allowing you to get creative. This camera is compatible with i-Type film and 600 film which are both sold separately; the films do come in various colours and designs on them too. Also you can purchase various accessories for the camera too such as a case. Finally I enjoyed the experience of testing this camera out; I did find that photos come out over/under exposed or the focus not being sharp. I guess you can’t compare this to a DSLR.

Poor flash
Flash isn't very good at all on the camera. Make sure you have good lighting

I love it!
Crap for snow pics, but so much fun for all other pictures! My family had a lot of fun snapping pics with it over New Years. It brings back memories from my youth when Polaroid was very popular.

Poor quality
I bought a Polaroid Now hoping to relive the classic Polaroid experience I remembered from the 1990s. Unfortunately, my first impression was extremely disappointing. The camera was brand new, straight out of the box. While attaching the original wrist strap, the strap itself already developed a snag, and the strap mount on the camera showed visible marks. The attachment point is awkwardly designed, and I had to use a small screwdriver just to guide the loop through. As a result, the plastic around the strap mount turned out to be surprisingly soft and was easily marked. The most disappointing part is not the cosmetic damage itself, but the overall feeling of quality. The Polaroid cameras I remember from the 80s and 90s felt solid, durable, and built to last. This modern version feels like a company selling nostalgia at a premium price while falling short of the build quality that made the original brand legendary. The camera may take good photos, but when a brand-new product shows signs of wear during the very first strap installation, it leaves a terrible first impression. I expected much better from the Polaroid name.
