Does anyone know the per-package (individual) weight? Sometimes, these things come in smaller sizes & aren't such a bargain.

2.15 oz per each 18 individual packs for a total of 38.7 oz per bulk box. Regular size box of Mac Cheese are 7.25 oz each. So the bulk 18 microwaveable packs equals 5 boxes of regular size Mac cheese. It takes 2/3 cup water per package in a big bowl in 700 watt microwave for 4 minutes. Perfect and quick easy meal.

can this product be mailed?

If you cannot ship it directly to the recipient from Amazon, and are looking to package it with other items, I would say there should not be an issue with mailing it since it contains no liquid.
