Horrible only one ear worked. When I complained I got a coupon code to order another pair. Coupon code didn't work. No response to my last e-mail saying code didn't work. Don't order, waste of money.

NO BASS AT ALL! Very disappointed.
NO BASS AT ALL! Even holding the ear pieces into my ears (or even covering my ears with my hands) gave me no bass. I've had many other no-name branded ear buds with better sound than this. This has to be my worst purchase on Amazon ever.
