This isn't in my opinion, the most amazing product to have graced a home as some reviews seem to suggest. The supplied plug adapter DOES fit, it is just a bit like a puzzle and you have to persevere or perhaps give it to a small child to work out in about 9 seconds. Internally it is cheap white plastic and the maximum fill level sticker wipes off with the first clean. It is essentially an indoor water feature dressed up in a posh frock. The cable is a nuisance so you have to place it somewhere where the cable can be concealed. If you don't tell the butler it has water in it, he will knock it over whilst dusting and spill oils all over the Chippendale. In operation it splashes a bit so you will need to place it on something absorbent such as a copy of the FT. I would consider buying it as a gift, but there are decent and cheaper ones worth considering.

Looking forward to getting this, the 20 minute timer was quite appealing, but I'll be honest for the price it fell way short. The power lead is much, much too short, meaning it must be placed very near a socket, also the plug was an american type with an adapator as large as the PSU attached, awkward. The build quality is rather 'light weight', which leads to a very unstable item as the base is so narrow it wants to roll over - any touching of the power lead, already under tension from it being so short, will topple the unit, filling it may weigh it down but that's not acceptable when its already so close to a mains outlet. Also, the top was not a perfect flush fit so I could see a trim of white plastic between it and the base. I never received a free one to review, so considering I paid full whack, really unimpressed, I don't see where the money went. Also not impressed by the £5 voucher thingy for leaving a review, I'm not American so I don't do vouchers, mail in rebates, etc, just lower the price £5, I want to relax not feel pressured into getting £5 back.

Another review comments on the poor quality plastic used. I’ve experience with other Stadler Form products and have observed the same In their other products. Two Oskar for instance had very poor white plastic which discoloured in less than 6 months and very grainy. One of those failed during normal operation and has been binned.*** EDIT ***The review was written in accordance with guidelines stated with the £5 voucher in response to feedback. I’m awaiting any kind of response or sign of £5 Amazon credit as per voucher!In this instance the finish on the lid peels and for the first week I was having vacuum around the device daily.24 hour capacity is not achievable sticking to the maximum fill level which leaves at least 50% capacity available and at this level you get 12 hours so ignore said maximum and you may see 24 hours.Use in the bedroom to counter UFH’s drying effect.Design is great as is usual for SF. Functionaly it’s as basic as it gets, again very common amongst SF products. Aesthetics are great but please give some extra thought to function! For instance these devices should have a battery backup to make then portable (think Hue Go), it should be USB powered etc.I’d only recommend on the basis of if you can ignore quality issues for the sake of aesthetics.

I'd never used one of this type of diffuser before so wasn't sure exactly what to expect - I've always used the little tea light ones that evaporate the oils via heat.After a couple of weeks, I don't think I will be going back. This diffuser is so much better and lasts for ages on just one drop of oil. (The instructions say use 3 drops after putting the water in but I found this way too strong so one drop is all it seems to need). When the water level starts to get low, I just refill it and add a drop of another oil type so end up with a nice blended effect each time it gets filled.The interval option is also very useful and I have mine on that all the time - no need to switch it on and off yourself.So far nothing negative to say about it - hope it stays that way!

I really like the Stadler Form Jasmine and the Revive Essential Oils ! Other essential oils smell a bit strong, Stadler oils are natural and a lovely organic blend. It smells a bit like when you go to an organic shop or at the pharmacy! Like a fresh herbal scent.I have a 3 Bedroom house and I have put diffuser on the landing upstairs. This way I get a nice scent all over the house. Aroma tends to go downstairs too! I would recommend you put more than 3 drops of oil in the water tank, I did put 10 drops and it works nicely. I love the 10 minutes on / 20 minutes off timer. Overall I would give this product a 10 out of 10. It's really easy to use and well made. I find it small and elegant, pretty good design. It is a beautiful design and feel and look build in good quality. The only negative side is the having three buttons like legs/stand which does not help with the balance especially when you turn on/of or any reason apply a little presure from the side the whole diffisur moves and can knock over easily. Other than great product. Although I received a faulty one at first but was replaced immediately
