What else can I say, it does what it says it does, does it well and has lasted a while now without issue. It was easy to clamp onto my desk, it's nice and stable, easy to adjust, and has a great variety of brightness settings. Our apartment doesn't have overhead lighting in the bedrooms for some reason, but this lamp is bright enough to serve as the primary light source for our office on its own if need be, especially when angled up so the light can bounce off the ceiling. I especially like the little puck-like touch control remote. Being able to move the switch around freely is a nice touch.The only issue I've noticed is that the actual light bar part gets pretty warm when it's been on for a while. Not hot enough to burn my hand or anything, but you probably wanna make sure you turn it off when you're done with it anyway.All in all, it's a good lamp — if this kind of thing is what you're after, this lamp will do the trick. I'd buy it again if this one stopped working, but I expect it to last for quite a while.

This replaced an old "Pixar type" lamp that finally broke at the base. I was looking to replace it with a similar type but all the lamps I found had the control on the power cord which won't work for my situation. Then I came across this light. Sure, it's a bit pricier than others but worth every penny! The quality is really good and I love the sleek design and flexibility of the lights and how they can be positioned. What really sold it for me was the remote control "puck" that is so cool and, for my situation, is perfect. It allows me to turn the light off without having to reach under to grab the cord and also has plenty of controls for brightness, color temp, and other settings. I'm able to place it wherever I need for easy access. The light is bright and, again, build quality is way above average. I love it and have no regrets. Great product!
