Kensui Swissies : Neutral Grip Handle Attachment For Pull-up Bars, Barbells and Resistance Bands

These have been a great addition to my workouts and have really helped with my deadlifts and overall form. The neutral grip feels much more natural on my wrists and shoulders compared to a straight bar, which has made a noticeable difference in how controlled my lifts feel. I feel more stable through the pull and less strain in my hands and forearms. They are solid, well-made, and easy to attach. If you are working on improving form or dealing with grip or joint discomfort, these are definitely worth it.

My overhand grip is decreasing as my arthritis worsens. I decided to try these for a more neutral grip even though I thought they were expensive. They are comfortable to use and definitely help; my lat pulldown is now easier, while I get stronger. I haven’t tried using them for any other exercise yet, but I’m thinking they’re pretty versatile and will be great for Deadlifts, Rows and Pullups.

Got them to achieve a neutral hanging grip and as a heavy band handle. They work, appear to be built well, heavy duty. The knurling is deep but not uncomfortable, These are pricey... go them on sale.

This is a great product. It's a great neutral grip attachment that fits firmly and solidly on my standing pull up bar. It's built solid. It barely fit into my thick Body Champ power rack pull up bar. But it's locked in like part of the bar. I should have got this when it came out. But I didn't know how it'd fit. It fits like the product description

I've been lifting weights for 25 years and I love deadlifts and bent over rows, however, age and injuries have sometimes made if harder for me to lift heavy with those two lifts, but this fixes a lot of the issuse. With a neutral grip, you can lift heavier and it is easier to maintain your form. As I said earlier, I only use these for deadlifts and bent over rows, but I imagine you can use them for pullups, shrugs and other exercises. If you're over 40 and like to still lift heavy, I would really recommend these and even if you're younger, I would say give them a try to avoid long-term injuries for when you do get older. Good product.

I kept seeing ads for the swissies and they piqued my internet. I'm pushing 50 and my elbows feel it. I bought these hoping I could start doing pullups again. Not only can I do pullups, with only minor elbow discomfort, I found that I really like using them for deadlifts, bent over rows, and seal rows. Quality product that works as advertised. I'm considering buying a set of the ANKR's for leg extensions and leg curls.

Don't usually write reviews but these things are a game changer. I have some lower back issues so have had to change the way I do certain exercises. Whenever I'm able to attain a neutral grip I can perform lifts without any lower back pain (a physical therapist explained the pathophysiology behind this). With these things I'm able to lift heavy weights for RDL's and deads. It is truly amazing how well these things work. If you use straps you can wind them on the handles, then hook the handles on when your ready to lift as they just hook into position. This actually decreases the time you are crouching to wrap the straps. I see some negative reviews based on their smell. I don't notice any obvious smell but I'll admit that I haven't actually sniffed them. These are amazing!!!

Exactly as described. Although a bit on the pricier side, I would say it's worth it.

Gillar idén men var för smala i gapet så gick inte att få igenom min pullupbar. Skulle vara sjysst om man även hade plats för att sätta på fatgrips.
