The rice cooker’s heating element broke at 9 months of using it. According to my wife, rice cookers usually last more than 10 years. So this is unusual! We followed the Manuel’s instruction to trouble shoot by allowing the rice cooker to cool down, but no success. All 3 attempts failed.Contacted the seller twice to ask for a replacement since it’s only been 9 month since purchase. But no response back from the seller.My wife is feeling pretty discouraged by the entire process, and sad that $400 rice cookers only lasted 9 months. 😞
