My experience taking these before starting drinking: positive effects are noticeable and impressive. I had an unusual buzz from drinking the same stuff I always drink where and I felt really calm relaxed and happy. The next day I had no hangover. Seems to be a very good product. Although pricey, it seems to be worth it.

3 of us tried the 3-pack. We were a bit hesitant about this but decided to give it a try knowing we’d be out drinking all night. Each of us took the Zbiotic at different times. I took it about an hour before my first drink, followed the instructions and drink water between each drink. In total I had 7 cocktails (I switched up between rum, gin, shochu, and whiskey) and woke up this morning with no hangover or upset stomach and ready to workout. Person 2 took it right before her first drink. She had 6 cocktails in total and almost no water throughout the night. Stayed with mostly whiskey cocktails. She woke up today with no headache but her stomach was bothering her. Person 3 is a lightweight and took hers after her 2nd drink. She had a shochu flight, and 3 cocktails. Woke up this morning feeling okay. A little bit of a headache but manageable. Overall I do believe this isn’t a 100% foolproof solution, but it definitely helps if you follow the directions. I’ve seen other posts of people overindulging and I don’t think they got the point of “drink responsibly” as it says on the packaging.

Wow! This stuff really works. I drank this before having a lot of drinks on a holiday weekend and I felt great the next morning despite very little sleep. It tastes terrible so be prepared but it's totally worth it if you plan to over indulge and can't afford to feel like crap. I will continue to buy this! It's also quite pricey but worth the $12 per dose.

Always wanted to try these but they are so darn expensive (for something I didnt think would honestly work) that I never pulled the trigger. Well I ordered them to test out finally because I was having a birthday party and I knew this was my chance to really see, cause my friends would no doubt try to get me blacked out drunk. I drank the Zbiotics 2 hours before drinking alcohol and had about 64 ozs of water to preload my hydration. I drank from 8pm-4am, and had 15+ shot and about 7 beers. Enough to kill an unseasoned drinker for sure! I only slept for 5 hours and woke up completely fine. I should have been hungover as all hell but felt great. Ill never drink heavily again without using these, they are absolutely incredible!

These are LIFE CHANGING. I bought a 6 pack of these to take with me to my first Disney World adventure, as I planned on many interesting dining experiences and utilizing my free drinks on my dining plan every chance I had. I spent my entire trip gleefully buzzed, and the next morning I had not a single symptom of a hangover! I am a chronically ill woman who has all but given up on drinking because of what it does to me the next day. Well, instead of laying around sore, sick and tired, I was up bright and early day walking 10+ miles like nothing happened. I couldn't recommend more. It works. I won't drink without these. For the cost of one mixed drink at the bar, avoiding taking away tomorrows happiness is worth it.

I received the bottles just in time for the holiday season and have tried the product twice, I am pleasantly surprised with the results. In both cases, these were evenings that I suspected I would drink in good quantities, I didn't stop myself and I drank a little water during the evening as recommended. The following mornings I was very functional and able to do the tasks I had planned. During a 3rd evening that I thought would be peaceful, I didn't take Zbiotics but unfortunately I took 1 or 2 glasses too many while drinking a little water... I noticed a good difference with the 2 previous evenings. I gave 2 to friends and they also told me they were in good shape the next day. Quite expensive but to be in shape in the morning, I think it's worth the cost!

Didn’t work for me. Still was hungover
