Very pleased!
We’re very pleased with this steamer. Easy assembly, just a quick clean to remove any manufacturing debris or whatever, then place the wiener trays inside and the doors. Our first time using it and other than finding a temperature setting we were happy with, it was just load with wieners and buns and walk away. The buns were nice and soft and warm, the wieners although already cooked were hot, moist, and tasty all day. Cleaning the water tray and heating element could be easier but it’s not that bad. It was a big hit this weekend!

used it 3 times over the course of a year, and it stopped working. This thing is trash, don't buy it.

Perfect for parties!
OK my husband and I are super happy that we went ahead and bought this. We like to host parties frequently and being able to just pop the hot dogs in the steamer makes life so much easier. It was super easy to clean and there is a drain to remove the steamed water.

Excellent customer service. Hot Dog Steamer was very convenient to use, break down, and clean. The front sliding doors made it very easy to access and serve hot dogs.

Item no longer heats, and no return options.Don't Bother.

You will have to replace the on and off switch on it..after you have about 3 weeks.
