Is the top have a vintage style sprayer?

Hi. It was a gift for someone, I believe it had a matching glass top, which pulled off and a standard sprayer that you push down. If you mean can you use it with those vintage style sprayer connectors, then no it would be difficult to remove the cap. Hope this helps.

Is this fake? Ive purchased it as a gift for someone but there isnt the charms on the bottle even.

Seemed genuine to me. I don't recall charms on my bottle either but the fragrance was genuine and came in a sealed box.
