The product itself is amazing. My husband bought a set after seeing mine. Unfortunately he had an issue with his and contacted the manufacturer direct. They sent a replacement part which was also faulty. He contacted the manufacturer again who told him to return it. They offered no free postage return and it ended up costing £9.75 to return it. If you have issues go via Amazon.

These headphones are not wireless, I have ordered two different colours and both arrived wired. DO NOT BUY!

The sound quality is quite good, the fleece is comfortable, the speakers are comfortable to lay on your side, and the battery life is good. However, the controls are on the back (flipping it around just leaves a hard object against your forehead) so laying on your back can easily press them, and if you want to use the controls for volume or skipping you have to rear your head up, and there is nothing holding the speakers in place, every few tosses or turns you have to shimmy either speaker back to your ear, and you have to wear it across your eyes because it does not stay on your forehead. Has about the same quality as any other $20 "sleep headphone". Absolutely not worth the price tag.

UPDATE: I contacted Acoustic Sheep, and their customer service is really great. My device was still within warranty, so I sent it back for a replacement. It's working so far... fingers crossed. I'm cautiously optimistic, as the first device worked for a few months. But I'm bumping the rating for the customer service. Dealing with a pleasant human offsets the minor inconvenience. Original review: Initially, these worked great! And they are flat enough that they are comfortable to sleep in. I love to put on an audiobook for about 30 minutes at night; it puts me right to sleep, but I don't want to bother my partner. These were the perfect solution for about a month. Then, they started to do this thing where after my device stopped playing, the sleep phone voice would say "Bluetooth connected..... bluetooth connected..." which would wake me up. This message would not stop until I woke up and turned off the sleep phones... which sort of defeated the purpose. I called into customer help, and they walked me through resetting the headphones (which are not easily found in the included instructions for some reason). This resolved the issue for a few months. But now I'm back to hearing "Bluetooth connected" on repeat, and resetting doesn't seem to work. It's too bad; if these worked reliably, I'd be giving it 4-5 stars.

These headphones don’t work well. Both the control unit and the speakers are just loose within the headband and move around so much that often the speakers aren’t close enough to the ears to hear them.

I really wanted to love these headphones, it seems like such a great idea. But for me, a warm sleeper anyway, I wake up baking when I wear these headphones. Still, there's a lot to like. They are comfy and the sound quality is very good. The seem to stay in place very well if you sleep with them. A tiny little suggestion for the company, perhaps make some with satin or even better, silk or some natural fiber to stay cool....perhaps even bamboo fiber? Also, there should be a "stop stitch" placed so the internal speakers don't continue to migrate. Thought maybe I would get my sewing machine out and make a stitch in front of the headphones stop their forward migration. Thank you, and I think this is a great product except for as noted above.
