My nephew recommended this salt to me and I’m so glad he did. It tastes so good. It’s saltier (if that makes any sense) than the bleached stuff you buy at the grocery store. I love that I’m getting various minerals from it and especially love that it’s mined in the USA. I will be buying this again and again.

A really fine salt. yes, the crystals are different sizes, although, none that we've seen so far are as large as kosher salt. As other reviewers have said, you may need to grind these to fit in a small holed salt shaker. Since we grind a number of our spices, this is not a concern for us.Taste -- well, it seems a tad saltier than our previous monster box of pink salt. We don't think that's bad -- it's just something to adjust for when cooking. Another plus, is a very clean taste -- if you're familiar with the difference in a fresh tomato vs. grocery store or an organically raised chicken vs. not, that is what is meant by "clean. taste."

This is a quality product. Will definitely buy again.

I grew up in Utah, so, of course I chose to buy this salt! I actually know exactly where it comes from and, it is salt!

Not much to say except the bag is not resealable! Every bulk bag I’ve ever bought was resealable except this one. Not a deal breaker but you’ll need a mason jar to put it in, fyi.
