Perfect fit, and an actual hard shell case.Roomy enough to hold my Aviators (see photos) with some extra room inside the case. Unlike some cases these actually are the size listed on their Amazon page.My aviator style glasses are 5 1/2 inches wide, 2 inches tall, and 1 1/2 inches deep folded. They easily fit inside this case (see photos).To make up for the extra room inside the case, I put a spare extra (smaller) folded micro-fiber bag I already had inside the case.I always keep some spare micro-fiber bags on hand. Micro-fiber bags are cheap, and glasses are expensive, so it's worth buying some extra bags.This case does come with the accessories shown in the photos; a micro-fiber bag, and micro-fiber cleaning cloth.Some hard shell glasses cases listed in Amazon's "Hard Shell Case" search are definitely not hard shell.I just returned a pair of glasses cases to Amazon that were advertised as "semi-hard", on arrival they turned out to be easily crush-able soft cases.These cases actually are hard shell, and apparently very well made in addition to that.Recommend, and would buy again.

Products was purchased in January 2021. after about a year of normal, careful use the adhesive used to hold lining in place failed. I re-glued it. After another year of careful use the spring keeping the case failed. I would expect even a reasonably priced product to last more than two years.

My first pair of prescription eye glasses did not come cheap. So, I assumed they would come with a nice hard case to protect them. Nope. I pounded the pavement unsuccessfully. I don’t know why it’s hard to find a case in this size, but it is. I also did not think my eyeglasses were so big until I kept trying to put them in other cases. This one is well made, attractive, and even my oversized sunglasses fit in it. So I can wear my sunglasses, then put my glasses on and switch them. See my photo. My sunglasses are huge. (No they don’t both fit in there at once, Let’s be reasonable...). Fast delivery. Comes with matching cloth, which was a nice touch.

The case is a hinged clam shell with a plastic liner and a textured vinyl exterior covering. There are a pair of spring clips under the liner that hold the case closed. It's strong enough to protect my sunglasses without being overly heavy. A shortcoming is the limited life of the spring clips. Opening and closing the case slowly fatigues the springs and eventually they snap. The case still functions as a hinged box; it just won't stay tightly closed. Okay on your bed stand, not so good bouncing around in your coat pocket or briefcase. If you only open the case once or twice a day you'll probably get a couple of years use before the springs break. I switch between sunglasses and regular glasses several times a day. I got about a year and a half from an identical case that this purchase replaced.So: Does what it should, would be nice if it lasted longer, but okay for the price.

I didn't want to pay quite this much. But my Oakley Bottlerockets didn't come with a case. I bought another case on Amazon for sunglasses which was ridiculously huge. These fit perfectly for my particular glasses, and the Rust and Violet design looked great. I don't know about durability, but quality looks pretty average at best. It doesn't even seem to close flush - a gap runs down the length of the case when closed. I don't think this would survive in your pockets very long.
