We have been using these for several months now and the are holding up well, the Velcro is still working fine, they stay cold for a good 20-30 after removing them from the freezer. I would suggest wearing socks while using them. good value and the size fits pretty good as well. definably helps relieve some pain in the foot and ankles, and not very heavy.

Finally an ice pack for my ankle that is easy to put on. This works great and is well-shaped with an easy-to-secure strap. Do not plan to wear this with shoes unless you have oversized slides.

I might be easy to please because I've been just using a frozen bag of peas for my foot pain for such a long time, but this thing does the job. I've only tried it as a cold pack not as a hot pack so I can't speak to its abilities as a hot pack. I use it for plantar fasciitis pain, so it would be nice if the bottom of the ice pack was a little more robust and covered the entire heel, but I think it hits the spots it needs to. When I use it, sometimes I rotate it in a different direction so that I get double the cold on the part that touches the bottom of my foot in the 20 minutes I have it on. It doesn't really stay ice cold for more than half an hour, but it's definitely cold enough that you need to wear socks with it when you first put it on.

Comfortable but only stays cold for 5 to 10 minutes. It is nice while it's cold though.

This is second ice pack I’ve ordered from Amazon. The first (from a different seller) was difficult to put on and didn’t really stay in place. It only stayed cold for 15-20 minutes.This Hilph cold pack just slipped right over my heel and was very adjustable and comfortable. After 30 minutes it was still really cold. I was recently told I have Achilles tendinitis due to bone spurs and this cold pack really helps with the pain. It only takes 2 hours in the freezer to use again. I would highly recommend this Hilph cold pack for anyone experiencing foot, heel or Achilles pain. Excellent seller and high quality product.

I got this post-foot surgery to keep the swelling down after I went back to work. I would wear this for 20 minutes at night. Sometimes I put it on in the morning before I went to work. It gets very cold though, and stiff. So I would take it out of the freezer about 15 minutes before putting it on. Putting it in the refrigerator only, didn’t really get it cold enough for me.

Item purchased: Hilph Ankle Ice Pack WrapThis is hands down the best gel pack I have ever bought and I have a lot of them. I have a very bad case of Achilles Tendonitis going on right now and this ankle wrap has kept me on my feet. It gets very, very cold in the freezer and I have to put on 2 (thin) socks to keep my poor foot from freezing. It easily stays cold for 30 minutes and could probably go another 20 without the socks. It's super easy to put on and take off. I use it 2 or 3 times a day and just throw it back in the freezer in between uses. You might have to squish the gel around a little bit to get it in the right place when you take it out of the freezer, but no big deal. Excellent product!
