I only wish they had their size break differently. The small/medium is a little small and the large is a little big. They are comfortable and not big and baggy like most others. They work very well over diaper briefs and pull-ups to better protect against leaks day or night, and are very quiet. They are very light weight, and have a light polyester (I think) coating that keeps them quiet. The legs are a higher cut style, great over belted undergarments or Tena Flex type briefs. They are very comfortable to sleep in and do not sweat. The only small drawback preventing a five star rating is their shorter wear time. The bonding of the this plastic and polyester begins to separate after about a dozen or so washes. I will buy several more, as they save me from having to buy the very expensive and too bulky briefs with good standing leak guards.
