I have used plenty of assorted products for my Oly Lifting days at the gym. This is an excellent product. It's sticky enough for when I wrap my thumbs for hook grip and wrap my wrists, nor does it leave a sticky residue behind when my session is done or rip out the hair on my wrists. It breathes very well and does not lose its stickiness when I sweat during the summer months in the gym.

This tape stretches well and sticks pretty well. I think maybe I've had some that stuck better, but this was pretty good. For the money, it's hard to beat. I use it for CrossFit during certain barbell workouts.

I taped my thumbs for weightlifting and it’s slipped from both. I had to re-taped really tight for the tape to hold in place but it was very unconfortable.
