The mat is perfect for kneading bread because it is thick enough to stay in place. The silicone surface means that the bread does not stick and clean up is much easier. It’s also good for pastry and fondant. It comes with a pull through tie so it can be rolled for storage.

I use this to prepare dough for making pizzas and it’s very handy. It’s well made and easy to roll away after use and cleaning it is simple.

This mat is a great find. It sticks to the work surface really well. The measurements are so helpful and easy to use. It washes well (although I haven't tried it in a dishwasher). The tie to keep it rolled up for storage is handy as you can just pop it in a drawer.The spatula (scraper) seems quite strong but I haven't had to use it yet so cannot comment on it much more.My only suggestion for this would be an alternate colour as it's quite bright, but that's just my taste.Bakers and chefs alike would find this really useful.This mat is well worth the money. Really easy and simple to use, clear measurements and handy accessories.

This is a great selection of silicone mats. A good range of sizes.I've used these for making macarons, I also use them as a base to roll out fondant on, and for making fondant decorations for cakes, due to the slightly tacky surface it makes fondant easier to work with.I've also used it for shaping molten isomalt sugar decorations, it's perfect for this due to its ability to withstand high temperatures but at the same time being flexible. Many, great uses!

Works well - great for baking, especially pizzas. Protects worktop and washes clean easily. All good.

Great for rolling out pastry on, easy to clean and convenient to store. A much better solution than using a scratched kitchen worktop. Rolls up small when not in use.

Item looked good and as described but it was folded 3 times in a flat cardboard envelope. The creases would not come out and they had caused a 2 cm crack in the underside. Should have been shipped in a cardboard tube
