Excellent flavour
This brand has an excellent flavour, perfect for Thai cooking and significantly better quality than most other brands found in U.K. Use light soy sauce for flavour and keep dark soy sauce for colouring food.

Favourite soy sauce
This is by far the best soy sauce I've had, I won't buy any other now.More rounded umami taste and smell than big standard supermarket own. Gives a depth of flavour I wish I could describe better.
