The product itself is great but one of the cans we ordered had the cap missing and the product was spraying inside the box during transit, not much but all the same someone didn’t check before sending it out.

Commercial growers allow orange trees to grow in domes of branches and leaves. However in the ghetto areas of Los Angeles, I cannot provide hiding places for trespassers and criminals.For that reason, I must trim the lower branches of my orange trees to deny concealment for perps. And this exposes the delicate bark of the trunks and lower branches to the UV of sunlight. This damage can kill a tree. I use one can per tree to protect the trees. The spray tar stops UV scorching, lasts for years, and allows the trees to expand in diameter. When cracks appear in the tar, I spray the trees again. Less expensive than other tars, faster to apply, and effective.

In the past I have used a brush on product… messy.I could not find it at the big box store. A landscaper overheard me asking the clerk if they had the product. He told me he always uses pruning h sealer as it’s much easier.
