Seems good quality
I seem to sleep deeper if I take before bed. As to other benefits I'm sure there are but unnoticeable.

No aftertaste, great benefits!
I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now. The reason I started taking them was to help my immune system and quite shockingly, my sleep! Even though they’re a larger size, they’re easy to swallow. There’s no smell or after taste when you burp. And I feel the effects of the added Vitamin D3 when it comes to my energy. Overall, I would recommend!

Great value a little big, but no fish taste or burps
The media could not be loaded. I like this stuff you get three months worth a little on the big side but most fish oils are there is no taste zero burps or fish after taste. I like this stuff nature bounty seems to be a really good brand. I’ve researched a lot of them on the Internet and independent studies keep showing that it is a trusted brand. I recommend these hope it helps. Give me a heart if it does.

Great Product, May Need More Vitamin D If You Are Deficient
I was diagnosed with low vitamin D, so I took these more for the Vitamin D than the fish oil, but I considered the fish oil to be an additional benefit. I had the occasional fishy burps (maybe 1 day/week) but they were minimal and maybe occurred twice on those days. I had no trouble swallowing the pills (they are somewhat large) and I was happy with the product.I recently went to a grand rounds lecture during which the speaker detailed the vitamin D recommendations for people at risk of low vitamin D (basically everyone north of the Mason-Dixon line) and those diagnosed vitamin D deficiency. The initial treatment for low vitamin D is 50,000 IU weekly for 6-8 weeks. The maintenance dose after this or the dose for those at risk of low vitamin D is generally considered 1,500-2,000 IU daily (if not higher). As much as I liked this product (especially for the low price!) I will likely switch to a similar pill with a higher dose (preferably 2,000) of vitamin D. Would purchase from the same brand if I can find the same product with higher vitamin D. I am also considering purchasing these and just taking two pills every day but I would have to further research maximum daily dosage of fish oil.
