DPP Titanium Optic Mount/Adapter Plate Compatible with Walther PDP 1.0 Holosun 407K/507K/EPS Carry

This Optic Plate is a good plate, with a good fit, at a great price. I was in a rush and didn't "measure twice, cut once," so to speak and got the plate to fit a Holosun 507K, for a Walther PDP 1 slide cut out (I didn't look twice, just thought for sure I had the 1st Gen model). The plate fits, but not perfect. So I reached out directly to DPP via email and received an email reply same day! from Henry at DPP. Great Customer Service, clear communication, and very respectful. These things all weigh heavy with me and impressed me. Henry at DPP was honest and suggested I return the plate, because it was not meant for PDP Gen 2. He confirmed DPP did not have a plate for the PDP 2nd Gen cut to fit the Holosun 507K. I've decided to take my chances and will use this plate on my PDP at the range. The plate may not have a the best fit (sits high & doesn't get all the way into the rear of the plate cut out), but it fits snug and with the HS 507K - there are two screw "hold posts" that the optic sits in on the plate, and once screwed down fits snug. I am not suggesting others do this but that's what I decided to do... if it fails/ loosens at the range, I'll look for a PDP Gen 2 plate for the HS507K. But others I found were $70-$89 - on other 3rd party websites.

Nicer option for an adapter plate but get the titanium. Aluminum will bend too easily.
