I received this chair and started the sorting of parts took a deep breath and prepared for the task of assembly. The parts were very well identified and easy to use, even the typically weak wrench they include was easy to use. One thing that amazed me was the quality of even the package and how it was put into the very heavy duty box. Each part was wrapped and placed so there couldn’t have been damage unless the box was run over by a truck. Down to the mechanism was doubled covered with wrap then cardboard. So as for the instructions my only complaint is how small the type is but I’d say that about any instructions. Trust me when I say over 60, have a magnifying glass handy 😊. So each step of assembly includes a picture plus parts needed. While putting together they had me put on the arms and mechanism that sits on the gas shock. At first I thought this was odd and would be a pain when put to go the back but I was wrong. The instructions had a picture of how the seat could be put on the shipping box so it was easy to put in the back of the chair. From there turn it over and set it on the base assembly. It took me about 30 minutes to complete the assembly and probably easiest office chair I’ve put together. Finally after head rest was in place I finally got to sit down. The arms seem very close together I’ll have to double check to see if I put them into correct screw location. The seat is firm and very comfortable as well as the back. I love how the lumbar works. It sits in just the right spot and you can adjust it forward or back as needed.. The headrest is very easy to adjust up and down and move back and forth to your liking. Once I had everything the way I liked I pulled out the leg rest and leaned back. I didn’t expect the leg rest to be comfortable or sturdy but I was wrong, the leg rest cradled my calf’s and even though my feet hang off end it was comfortable. Also because of the design of mesh back and the leg rest this chair is cool. In my previous leather chair it could get have warm and cold in the winter. Overall I’m giving this chair 5 starts because it was easy to assemble, each piece felt 1st rate, and the comfort. I highly recommend and would buy again.

Well-balanced when sitting and leaning back. Rolls smooth and stands sturdy at any height/recline. The back of the chair also supports you pretty well. So it’s generally comfortable for me to sit and work on it. Besides, installation is enjoyable for the screws are assorted and instruction is clearly given.

As of 5/6/2025 - Day 3 of use, the chair is great. Love the adjustability of it. The height from the floor at it highest is good for me, where I can easily sit with my feet flat on the floor and my knees at 90degrees. (Just to give context I am 5'11", so take that sentence as you like.)The tilt and back rest is comfortable and easy to use. This looks absolutely great in black (I would have liked the white, but that is my mistake for not ordering the white).It is easy to assemble and can be done by one person, as the individual item weight for the product is easy to move and use.Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is that the seat is a bit hard, so maybe not made to sit for hours on end in it. I am an accountant, so I do spend 10 hours in a chair and I bought it for that reason, just a bit hard for me to sit on for that time.However, with all that said, for the price - I would highly recommend this to a friend or colleague as this is great value for money.

This Hbada chair is a dream! The adjustable lumbar support and 2D headrest cradle my back and neck perfectly. The built-in footrest is genius for afternoon stretches, and the mesh keeps me cool. Swivel/tilt functions are smooth. Best investment for my home office—no more stiffness or fatigue!

I’m thoroughly surprised at the value of this chair. Shipping was awesome. It was packed very neatly and came with all parts and no damage to the shipping box. The chair itself is of high quality for its price range. Now I wish I bought the more expensive version with added features I could have used. But the chair fits perfectly for my wife who is about 5’1”. I’m 5’9” and it fits me good as well. The cushion is a bit stiff but gives a lot of support. Time will tell as we use the chair. The lumbar support is pretty aggressive. But this is our first chair with lumbar adjustability. The chair doesn’t have much bells and whistles except for maybe the foot rest option but it will do the job for a home office. I think my wife will probably use a cushion if she wants a softer feel but again only use and time will tell. For now it’s an easy 5 star rating all the way. I highly recommend this chair for shorter people that’s on a budget. Again I would have preferred to spend more on a chair but not knowing exactly what I’m getting is a tough one. But I will be trusting this brand going forward if I need to get another chair at a higher price and without trying it at a local store.

For me the chair was easy to assemble, took me maybe 15-20 minutes. The chair seems sturdy for me 5'10 - 195lbs. The comfort is just okay. The seat is springy, you can feel them when you sit down. But they seem to bottom out quickly which looses some of that comfort and I think the whole point of the design.The seat back does give a couple of angles to stop the back from moving, which is nice. But the overall seat and back seem small to me. I feel like I always need to be moving to find the sweet spot. Otherwise it quickly becomes uncomfortable.Botttom line... This is a nice chair, seems sturdy and can be comfortable if you tend to say in one position all day. But for me it's not a great WFH chair. I am going to keep searching.

The installation manual was clear and detailed, making setup simple. The chair is very comfortable, especially with the leg rest design I love. Excellent craftsmanship throughout.

Nice and comfortable for 6 months of use at my home office, but after that it’s quality drastically declines. From a spring that pushes into the middle of the chair, to sagging memory foam that is flat within an hour. This is a decent chair, but is definitely not worth the price, let alone $60.
