Was looking for a retractable extension cord storage reel for my 100 feet long extension cord but they are only available for shorter extension cords. Came across this product and decided to give it a try. Though it is not a retractable reel, it will keep my extension cord from tangling and stay in place. Product: simple, light and seems durable Usability: Very easy to use. There are 2 compartments inside the cordpro. Each side lies half of the cord. If you have a 100 feet cord like me. You will wind half of the cord into one compartment and the other half to the next compartment. That is it! I would recommend this product.

This is an amazing, clever tool! It allows me to easily carry a 100-foot 12/3 extension cord in my small camper van. That's a big deal for me, because I live full-time in the van, off and on, and I sometimes need a long, safe (that is, heavy) power cord to reach shore power. Without this cord organizer, I simply wouldn't be able to do it! The long, heavy cord winds easily and neatly onto this surprisingly compact reel, which then stows easily behind one of the front seats. Before I found this, I was using one of those reel-in-a-bucket thingies. That worked very well, but there was no way to carry the big bucket in the van without taking up much-needed space! What a transformation this tool is for me! Even better, I experience joy every time I grab it and use the cord, or wind up the cord and put it away. Another benefit: I can easily and neatly unwind only the length of cord I need, so the long, heavy cord is no less convenient to carry and use than a lighter, shorter cord. Often, I need unwind only one end of the cord, so the reel hangs proudly on the van's bike rack, out of the mud. I've been using this reel roughly weekly for more than a year. When in use, it is often outside, in all weather, sometimes in natural areas. It shows no signs of wear, and it's easy to clean the exterior. To keep the interior clean, I just wet a small towel to wipe off the cord as I wind it up. Long, heavy extension cords are so very useful in so many ways. Even if you only use yours in your home, office, or garage, you'll love having this reel hanging on the wall, making you feel smart and capable!

I have a 100' 12/3 extension cord that I have used for both powering an electric snowblower and starting a 2 stage snowblower. The cord is thick, heavy, and generally a pain to wind. When I bought the cord 2 years ago the Cordpro was not available in Canada. When it was I bought one. Rarely has a product so exceeded my expectations as has the Cordpro. Nobody - and I mean NOBODY - in the world hates winding cables/cords by hand as much as I do. The Cordpro has made corralling this 100' monster a breeze. No more twisting, flipping, and contorting this unwieldy cord in order to make it submit to my will. You thread the cord through a hole in the panel which divides the 2 compartments and then just wind each end in the direction of the arrows printed on the Cordpro. Each half of the cord is then neatly ensconced in its own compartment and you are left with both ends protruding. It is neat and tidy and easy to store. To use merely pull on both ends until you reach the desired length. There is no need to unravel the whole cord or mess up your neatly dressed coil. When you're finished, just rewind each end in the direction of the arrows. This thing works like magic. If I could give it 7 stars I would. I will NEVER buy another extension cord without buying the appropriate size Cordpro to contain and manage it. If you have meddlesome extension cords, save yourself anguish and frustration and buy a Cordpro for each one. You WILL thank me for my advice. Bravo Cordpro!

I bought 2, for each of my 30amp boat power cables. I didnt expect to like them as much as i do. I had just purchased new power cables because my old ones were stiff and poor condition. I thought it would be a good time to buy these cable reels. I tried to follow the directions but decided to do it differently. It works great! Now the cables store very nicely and very portable. Much better than loose cables. The new cables are easy to wind on the reels and i would buy again.

These work great. Easy to roll up and also to unroll with use. I have bought a bunch of these, mostly to organize electrical cords. Bought two for water hoses, and one for air compressor hose. I hung all of these on gladiator garageworks walls. Last year, I bought several green colored ones for outdoor Christmas light cords. I unroll the length needed for each tree and green cord and cordpro lie on grass. I put these in storage bins with Christmas lights and timers, so it all stays organized. Haven't tried to roll Christmas lights on these yet (probably not a good idea, but I may have to experiment with one this year). Also, I did run over one of these. Just popped it back into shape and still works well. It did leave a little "ding" after popping out major dent, but no big deal.
