Decent works well with portable monitor

Very small - I bought this for a portable monitor … it’s way too small to be stable

When the package turned up I thought Amazon had delivered the wrong item - it was so small!Although the product description clearly states more than once that the 'stand' can be used for monitors, in reality, its only safe use is for mobile phones. I have a 17 inch slimline monitor (only about 1cm thick, so it easily sat on the stand. However, tilt the stand back a little, and it overbalanced. Nudge or accidentally knock the stand, and off came the monitor. Successful as a phone stand; not fit for purpose as a monitor stand. Perhaps the seller may wish to remove the reference to monitors, that way it will be five-stars all the way.

Size and the fact it is foldable is great but when trying to balance monitor on it, it doesn’t hold the weight and falls over a lot. Would be better if it had a small tightening wheel once you have it in the correct position otherwise it’s a constant balancing act and you darent touch anything near it for fear it’ll fall

Quite flimsy for the weight and size of the monitor it's designed to hold.Couldn't really feel confident the monitor was secure on the stand and it dis in fact fall off several times before I have up using this.One of the springed claws that secures the monitor at the bottom broke also after only a couple of uses, I think because the monitor kept falling off or it might have already been weak and been the cause of the monitor falling. I'm not sure but don't use this anymore either way.Poor value and not functional

Be aware this 'portable monitor stand' is a phone stand ONLY. At a push I guess it might work for a lightweight tablet. It's ridiculously tiny and plastic-y, with little or no adjustability beyond angle. Once in place you can't tighten the hinges as I'd expected, so above a minimal weight it collapses slowly to the tabletop. This has gone straight back to Amazon and I've bought something fit for purpose instead. Also, even if you were looking for a phone stand - £24? For plastic tat? Nope.
