Buyers be aware…
The rotary cutter does not work well and I started a project using the largest size hexagons, unaware that they were an odd size I would not be able to purchase more of without buying the entire kit again over and over again. 1.41 inches?! Why not just make them 1.5 inches like everyone else?? I’m far into this project and feeling really defeated 😭

great little set for quilting
I was needing the rotary cutter and found this set so I decided to try this brand. The cutter works great and you get the wonder clips and hexagon paper piecing templates with it. I have paid a lot more for just the cutter so I am very please with my purchase.

Easy to use -- the three smallest sizes are VERY small
I'm actually using these to help me get crochet pieces to come out consistent in size/shape, and they are working well for me.I've got several with my project, and several sitting beside each of the places I most often crochet, so not using them as intended for quilting, but finding them quite helpful. The three smallest sizes are VERY small - and I say that as someone who is doing thread crochet... I don't regret getting the back I did, since I didn't need the rotary cutter, etc that came with the other packs, but, for me, the larger ones are proving to be, by far, the more useful ones.

Everything Works as Described
The first thing I’ll admit is this is my first foray into English Paper Piecing (EPP). I’ve done some more basic quilting, but really heavily weighted to beginner level, as I’m just trying to use old fabric scraps. The rotary cutter seems to work okay. I haven’t really used one before, so maybe it’s how they all work. This one seems to feel a little sticky almost when I’m trying to roll it over the fabric, and the sliding guard is very stiff. That said, it does come sharp and it works, so it should work well for a while. The clips seem pretty decent, they seem to clamp alright and they don’t feel overly flimsy. I’m sure they’ll work alright too over time. The hexagon patterns are like a thin cardstock rather than paper, and within their sizes do seem very consistent. So, you should be able to reuse them depending on how rough you are, but they will also bend and pop out of the fabric fairly easy when you remove them. There are only 100 of each size (I have the 3-size version), so that might not be enough with larger projects. Given how new I am to EPP, I don’t entirely know if you want a thicker or thinner pattern for optimal working, but given my little sample I did, I feel these will work well for me.Overall, everything appears to work and be as described in the listing, so I would recommend these to someone who wants to give the technique a try.

Good rotary tool
Pretty good rotary tool and forms. Cuts through most standard fabric thicknesses. Anything much thicker than a mid-weight fabric would likely require more elbow grease to power through. I used also on cardboard to shred it and it worked well enough for it. The blade did become loose at one point but it was easy to readjust and attach.

What a Time Saver
I've always been fascinated by paper piecing, but the thought of cutting out all the necessary pieces of paper beforehand is daunting. These Hexis are perfect! The paper is a good weight, heavy but not as heavy as cardstock, which makes them easier to remove. They have a smooth coating and are accurately cut. They hold up well to fabric, and you can use glue or starch, if that's your method. I love that they come in various sizes for almost any project you can dream up. And because they are sturdier than plain paper, they can be used over and over again. Now I have no more excuses for starting that next paper pieced project. Signed, Happy Camper.

Quality hexies for EPP
I am a quilter, but I don't have a lot of experience with English Paper Piecing (EPP). After taking a class, I wanted to experiment with some more paper piecing. The hexies are made from good quality paper, and they are thin enough that removing them will be easy. The kit also included 10 clips. They are the same type and quality of clips I have ordered before which have lasted well over a year now. I gave this review 5 stars, because I think the hexies and clips are both excellent quality. The rotary cutter works OK. I have a few other rotary cutters which are Olfa brand. This blade that came with the cutter is sharp and easily cut through several layers of quilting cotton, but the handle is not as comfortable as others I have used. Also, the slide that exposes the blade is a bit stiff to move; however, I think that it will become easier with use. The hexies are definitely worth it! And I think of the clips and rotary cutter as a bonus.
