Where the bag is adorable the quality is not so great. The large pocket zipper sticks sometimes making it hard and impossible to close. The small pocket tore within a week of having it. And after having it less than 3 months and maybe using it less than a dozen times that same zipper completely broke leaving me to pry it open as my keys and wallet were stuck inside and zipper was in my hands. Utterly disappointed. And can't return.

Quick Shopping Bright colors but less then a week strap is broken 😭 The Seam has also Ripped out I am super Disappointed!

Bought for my granddaughter who just loves this show and the characters. I feel it’s cheaply made, but what matters is that she loves it.

This garbage ripped after 32 days and of course it only has a 30 day return window with no warranty.

Against my better judgement of previous reviews of it ripping and being thin we purchased this on 8/23 for our 4th grader. Our child has used the book bag for 3 days at school. After day 1 of just having a binder in it the front pocket ripped. Day 3 with the small Chromebook the inside liner is coming apart. In todays world of Chromebook’s and school binders this bookbag is not recommended for school use. Parents, Grandparents, and caregivers beware, it’s cute for our Miraculous lovers, but very thin and not practical for a school year.
