No, it does not. I contacted the company and this was their reply, "Thank you for contacting Babyganics! Babyganics household cleaning products do not contain anti-bacterial ingredients. While our household cleaners do not disinfectant and will not kill bacteria our natural plant based ingredients clean surfaces by trapping dirt in the cloth you're cleaning with, leaving behind clean, non-toxic surfaces safe for the whole family."
