Material is great and east to assemble and install. I love the look and the ability to remove plants from my window sill when necessary.

I just finished installing it so so cannot speak to longevity but I can't imagine it not being fine as long as the wall attachments hold.This is quite heavy so it does need to go into a stud. Drywall alone will not be stong enough. I put mine next to the window and the window frame was not wide enough so I had to attach to the wall next to the window. The wood behind the dry wall was wide enough for the two closest screws to go in it at each attachment points but the screw openings the furthest away went into drywall. So four of 8 screws are in wood. Which should be enough since I'm not putting large heavy plants on my shelving.It is a bit tricky setting it up as you cannot tighten it fully or you loose the swing motion. If you don't want to move the shelves at all then yes go ahead and tighten all the piping down. If you want to be able to move the shelves you have to leave it loose by one full rotation. The directions are pretty clear on how to do that I found. What I did was screw everything together so it was snuggish and then figured out my orientation of shelves to the window and loosened accordently so it can swing the opposite direction. For me that was shelves against the wall to the right at baseline with the ability to swing in front of the window to the left. I do have grow lights up so may not use the swing option but I appreciate the ability to if I needed it.There is some give and wiggle to the piping and shelves as it is not all the way tight but it's not enough to make anything fall. Just enough to be noticible. It would be nice if they developed a way to make the swing motion not rely on the hardware not being screwed tight and rather had pieces specifically designed to move while providing the needed stability.Overall I would get this again as long as I have a stud to attach it to.

I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase! Real wood and real metal, this thing is solid! I love it for books, plants, whatever I need out of my babies reach. Would definitely purchase again. It’s easy to assemble and is a creative way to store things! Very versatile

I love this! It fits perfectly where I wanted it to go. It's pretty sturdy but be careful that you don't strip it out when you assemble. Also - as a tip - use some heavy paper and create a template for the drilling. Once it's assembled, it's quite difficult to mark out where to drill the holes while supporting the shelf.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this swiveling plant shelf for my wife for christmas and we waited until February to put it up due to busy family life with kids, so unfortunately the return window for this product has passed for us. In any case, the shelves have flanges built into them which hypothetically would be very helpful, only on one of the shelves, the holes that were bored out into the flange for the screws were wider than the heads of the screws that they supplied that were placed into them. What this meant was that as soon as we tried to pick up the whole unit from the pipe that was screwed into that flange, the entire flange and pipe came off the shelf and we could not screw it back into the shelf because the holes that were pre cut by the company were too big for the screws that they supplied. Now, if we want to use this thing still, we are going to have to go buy our own screws with wider heads so that they can fit and hold the unit up. Extremely frustrating and needless since this should have been made properly, especially when considering the cost.

This is not at all the light color in the photos of the product description. It’s much more red and darker than I was expecting.

This has been mounted on a wall that is only a few inches deep in a small... And I do mean small... Bedroom. Nothing else would fit in this space, without impeding cabinet drawers or access to a closet or bed. Not only does this make the room look more finished, it actually adds a touch of elegance, and functionality in a space that would not have been able to adapt to many things. This is my second purchase, I liked the first 2 tier one so much, I knew this was ideal for this space as well. This will be ideal for any window that has no actual window ledge, or a space over a bed where you would like to have personal items like a plant, lamp or clock etc. It doesn't take more than 10 minutes to assemble and install and it is totally secure. I would recommend this to any one.

This is a sturdy shelf and looks great! Exactly what I needed. It is easy to put together and instal. I will be getting a second one.

A little hard to install correctly. Would have have loved some stencils for installation. The product is very nice though. Easy to use and holds small plants nicely. I like that you can face the plants to the windows if needed
