It’s a nice machine. Note that it operates at 110V so you need a sufficiently powerful converter.

The product needs a step down transformer from 220v to 110/100v to work. Be aware of this before buying. The product itself is five star.

One of the wheels arrived out of place. The device displays '88' on the screen when switched on. And none of the buttons work. So had to return due to faulty operation.

Works great! Instant and noticeable positive affect on lymphatic system from Day 1. Super easy to setup/use making it a breeze to stick to routine. It feels very study but time will tell, the rubber grips have fallen off in the first couple weeks but nothing double sided tape can't fix. 4 stars only because for the price, those little things shouldn't be falling off but ultimately it works as intended and would recommend

The vibration plate blew my electrics on the second use and thus now does not work at all it won't even switch on. Supplier has accepted my return, though it was supposed to be collected the next day. No one has shown up this 8 days later. I'm very frustrated after paying this price as it looked the best on the market.Please if you read this, organise my collection and I will happily change my review.

Nov. 10 update: Still haven't received the missing remote & yoga mat; I reached out to them AGAIN and was told AGAIN :" Our logistics team is currently undergoing a migration and system update, which has impacted our usual processing times." So those of you ordering, BE WARNED, ... your product will NOT come with the remote nor yoga matt, for as you can see, they're having " migration " issues !! I now see that I'm 2 days out of the 'return window', however, I will still try to pursue a return through amazon.Product is missing a KEY part : the REMOTE wrist band ! ... and the yoga mat. Called company, said it would be 4-6 weeks out - " out of stock" . .. well Great- NOT ! for some of the functions will not work without the remote . Thank you ! - NOT ! I paid FULL PRICE, for ALL the components, yet haven't received ALL the components ! 6 weeks out stands for "never never land" . Cannot adjust speed in manual mode - following the instructions, nor do the " LED lights on the sides of the Rumblex Plus "LIGHT UP " LIKE THEY SAY. hmmmmm..... for the price of the product, I expect it to function to according to the instructions, videos etc. Until I hear back from the company, AND receive the missing parts, this review will remain as such.

I have not used the machine much yet as I have been sick. Inflammation of the ear and the machine makes it worse. Can't wait to get the whole experience on it. Lots to learn. The video from Lifepro is very helpful. Will watch it a few times to know machine better. Delivery was quick. So far so good. Happy I have it.Update:I have been using my Rumblex Plus 4D now for a while. When I am stiff, I get on and it really helps. Don't use it in the evening because I live in an upper apartment. Not that there is a lot of noise because I have 3 mats underneath it. It really is pretty quiet. My husband has now been using it since I talked him into it. He doesn't miss a day. Has noticed his hands do not go to sleep on him at night like they used to. We are very happy with the results we notice so far. I think if we progress to 30 minutes a day we will notice a lot more. Thank you lifepro for all you wonderful products. Customer service is exceptional. Have 4 of your products and want many more. Thanks again.
