Great value: the can is crammed!
Each can holds a good variety of finely-chopped vegetables. As part of a cooked meal, would easily serve two or even three and would go with anything.The can has a convenient ringpull top and the contents soon warm through. They have a pleasantly firm texture, as close to fresh as you can manage without all the work. Winner.
