I love these bottles. The design and quality are great. I’ve been using them for a couple years now for elderberry syrup and lavender simple syrup. My only issue is the size. For the amount of elderberry I make monthly it takes all 4 bottles. I wish they had a larger bottle size. I have enjoyed this size to gift a friend a bottle of elderberry when they are sick. Highly recommend.

As culinary and mixology people we love to make authentic and tasty simple syrups. These bottles are a perfect size. You don’t want too big for fresh made syrups. Your syrups need to be used while fresh. The glass fits perfectly on the fridge door. Price point and all the extras that come with them are great. You get both a cork and a pourer. I feel bad for our friends that are still using the tall bottles that tip easy and are hard to store in the fridge.

I use these to make homemade elderberry syrup and have had great success with them. My only thought is that I wish there was maybe a twist cap for them other than just a cork stop or a spout.

These have worked well for my little coffee bar. We have a few different flavors of syrup for drinks and the larger bottles they come in are ugly and take up too much space. These look great and the stoppers work well for pouring out the syrup. Not too fast so you can measure better than pouring out of the original syrup bottles.

I read so many reviews before deciding on the syrup carafe I wanted to buy, and I did make an excellent choice! In assessing, I can see how these may not work as well for a very thick liquid consistency, but I find them absolutely perfect for pancake/waffle syrup. You do have to be patient for a few seconds for the liquid to find its way through the long slender spout, but it’s just a few seconds….3 or 4, maybe?? Once it starts, the pour is very steady and controlled, no blobs of syrup in one spot, forcing you to spread to cut and dip. It definitely controls the waste of syrup. Each carafe holds only 7 oz. (If this is a big deal for you, but you do have more than one to put on the table if necessary.) YES! I DO recommend this product.
