Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this. It’s very sharp. I have to wear leather gloves when using it because I hold the grass with one hand and cut with the other. Before the gloves, I accidentally cut myself because it’s so sharp. I accidentally also bent the tip a little when I mistakenly hit the concrete. I think it will be an easy fix. I love the way it looks and how it folds up small and has its own case. Very nice product.

This folding sickle is undeniably impressive. The detail on the handle is chef’s-kiss perfect, and the blade comes sharper than my comebacks during an argument. It’s functional, intimidating, and feels like a tool Odin himself would approve of.But here’s the weird part: it’s always greasy. I don’t know if the factory thought I needed a constant supply of blade moisturizer, but it’s like this thing is preparing to star in a cooking show instead of a Viking raid. On the bright side, it hasn’t rusted yet, so maybe the grease is its secret skincare routine?If you can look past the mysterious oil slick, it’s an excellent sickle that’ll have you feeling like the ultimate warrior. 4/5—just bring a towel.

My husband likes weapons, lol! I decided to start helping him build a collection but ones that could also be used, if necessary, for self-defense (hopefully not, though).Anyway, this is a scary looking weapon! He loves it because he's never seen anything like it.It's very sturdy-feeling and feels well-made! It's also very nice looking.It has some kind of oil that comes from the joints, just a little, but we're both sure it's some kind of lubricant.That a weapon like this, as large in size as it is can fold down and be carried with you is awesome!!It's made of stainless steel with a real wood handle!Would definitely recommend!!

Great poduct

I like the design... but it doesn't cut sharp as I would expect. Also, it's a bit heavy, so if you want to do a quick hacking job, yes, but not to use for a continuous yard work. Used it a few times but now I don't even know where it is, honestly, probably sitting amongst other tools forgotten.

Has great “mean” appeal. With a bit of graphite and working the pivots it will completely open with a flick of the wrist. Better than any knife i’ve ever carried. Have not owned it long enough to speak on durability, but since it will not be used to “bring in the harvest,” it should be fine.
