Does anyone know if Airgas will refill or exchange these 125cf tanks without issue?

What are the weights of the tanks?

40CF 36lbs, 80CF 52lbs, 125CF 72lbs

Also having problems removing cap looks like it’s cross threaded. Any suggestions

I would tap it with a rubber mallet from side to side to break rust loose. It probably is stuck from any surface rust or were they painted the bottle. Just keep tap and working a little back and forth till you break it loose.

How long can i weld with this tank?

It depends on the gas flow rate for the material that you are welding. For example, if you are tig welding stainless steel with a gas flow rate of 20 cfh(cubic feet per hour), then this tank will last for 2 continuous hours of welding. Most weld jobs take a couple of minutes of gas flow so if you only weld small jobs and use the gas flow for 5 minutes a week, this tank will last you about half a year (24 weeks).
