Solid and bright
I bought this to replace my original light socket and incandescent light pole. Install was easy and the socket seems very solid. The pole is compact, goes comfortably above my outboard, and is very bright. The spring is a good feature for when someone bumps it entering or exiting. Recommended

Light works
The light appears bright enough but I wish it had a few more lumens. The spring is very stiff and I'm curious if it would actually help if it were to hit something.The base is sturdy and the light threads in easily.

Exactly what we needed. It is very bright and makes us feel much safer at night in the boat. Plus it's required lol.

Good quality
I had to return it, the base didn’t cover the hole created from my old light base. It was made of good quality tho.

This unit is very nice! It is well constructed and looks awesome too. It performs better than I thought it would, and is much brighter than the old unit.
