Great packaging. Very easy to put up and frightened the living daylights out of our cleaner! Daughter LOVES them. Pity they took just over a week to arrive and missed her birthday party but the item itself is great.

I received Elsa it is perfect. I am a balloon artist and I will be using Elsa for a birthday party’s. It is sturdy 5feet tall the finishing is good.
