Perfect fit for 2014 Mac Mini
This worked perfectly. Snaps right on and the adhesive pad will keep it in place. Came with the screw and piece that holds the SSD stick in place. Note the holes on this with the numbers. You can get an SSD with any of those number sizes (2230, 2242, 2260, 2280) and then screw the holder into the right hole. I got one the 2242 size that was 256GB for $20 and it worked perfectly. Just make sure you get one that indicated "M Key" so it will fit.

Awesome way to update an older Mac Mini!
I bought this because I’d recently acquired a 2014 Mac Mini with the Fusion Drive. This was kind of a neat tech when it came out, but it still tied the system to an old plate drive.Installation was a breeze, once I was able to get into the case. Instructions are found readily and easily online, and the entire process took me about 20-30 mins. This is exactly what I wanted and needed, and my system is noticeably faster with the NVME drive installed. Not full-speed, but this is a limitation of the Mac, and not this device. I knew that going in, but have no regrets. If you have the Fusion Drive, note that you WILL most likely need to remove the connector for Apple’s proprietary nVME drive for fitment, but this was fairly easily done.

Working great so far
This is working great in my 2014 mac mini i7. I wish the cable part was flexible which would have made it easier to install. However it is working perfectly with no issues.
