Great food processor piece for kugel

I was so happy I could replace this blade instead of buying a new Braun food processor which is quite costly.

This past Thanksgiving we accidentally threw out our kugel blade. The next week we tried manually shreading the potatoes, or using the blender blades, and the kugel came out dense and watery. We *had* to get the kugel blade. This is the best blade for spreading the onions and potatoes without making the result too fine.

Doesn’t leave clumps
