Q: I want to but the lebanese zatar blend, i have read reviews stating the product received is old an stale tasting...is the product 'fresh' ?

I bought it a couple of months ago. I mean it's a bunch of dried herbs and spices in a plastic jar. It's basically what you would expect considering that. It's not straight out of bizarre in Jerusalem, but it does not taste stale.
