It is highly pigmented. One side has a spooly and the other the eyebrow pencil. However, the cover for the spooly is loose and comes off easily. The product is overall good and glad it comes in different shades.

Good purchase. Helpful in filling up the gaps in my eyebrows. My only issue is with its eyebrow brush cap. It keep getting uncapped no matter how careful I put it. It's kinda irritating. Now I use it without the cap. Made another purchase. The issue stays. Other than that, it's good. One pencil lasted months even after daily application.
