I feel a slight change into my waist line. I am going to the gym anyway,but this product gives me a small boost in weight loss. The improvement is slow and helps when paired with other things.

not sure they work
Been 10 days of using - large capsules but very easy to swallow - I had a sore/sensitive stomach for the 1st week of taking these (and i was only taking 1 per day) - it has now settled and i am on 2 per day - does bring up a clove type after taste every time you burp - not great but not the worst - not noticed any positive differences - will edit this if i do

Started today 1st March 2023Gym regular working on ab and muscle definition.Taken my first today and will continue until it ends to see if I can replace this review with a new updated one.Okay to swallow I hate tablets so would prefer this in a spray 😂 but hopefully it’ll help!I did some research before I started this and this is what I found so hopefully beneficial for me and my aim!Quote “ CLA is popular in the athletic and bodybuilding communities as a supplement that can reduce fat, build muscle, and increase energy and endurance. Dietary Supplement
These will not magically erase fat and need to be taken as part of a healthy diet to have any effect. The maximum dose is three times daily. I have been taking two a day. One in the morning and one with my evening meal. It's too soon to tell if they have had any effect as I've only been taking them for a couple of days. My friend and I are doing quite a lot of core exercises at the moment and I am hoping these will help with ab definition.They are easy to swallow and have no taste or aftertaste. It will cost between 10p and 30p a day depending on the dose yo u choose. It would make it easier if these came in a pack of 90 so they lasted a month instead of 20 days.
