Great quality with beautiful finish. Looks amazing with my dark stainless-steel sink and coordinates well with hardware throughout my kitchen. Very pleased with water pressure, hose feature, and handle comfort. The sprayer at the push of a button has great strength that makes cleaning off the dishes, pots and pans a breeze! The faucet head pulls down so easy....it could auto retract a little smoother on its own...

I am writing review after 1 year of usage. Never faced any leakage issue, the chrome finish is still shining, I keep it clean using dish washer liquid occasionally. The problem I faced is not expected for what they claim to provide. We have slight hard water issue (even though there are softeners), yet the switch is hardened and it’s tough now to switch between ring spray and aerator. Additionally, the aerator and ring spray both started clogging and the water flow started reducing to so much low. I tried to contact customer service but they take so long to respond and resolve, it’s so inconvenient since the kitchen faucet is most used one and it was annoying. The spray head is so tight that we could not remove it ourselves and clean it. I ended up booking UC plumber to fix it. I would still recommend since we never required any service, the pipes are of very good quality and the build quality is also good. Just learn how remove spray head and that would solve major issues. Once it’s removed, any hard water build up can be cleaned using white vinegar or CLR liquid

I recently bought a new house and have been in search of the best interiors for my house. Got this faucet for my kitchen and I feel this is the best buy till now It matches the aesthetic of my kitchen as it is super stylish & elegant and it was super easy to install this The multifunctional head makes the washing easier and comfortable and it looks super durable as well. Great Buy.

Worst product used it for 15 days and water started leaking. If you cannot sell a good product then do charge a premium pricing. Have raised with Kohler their customer service will send a technician for which we need to pay 350 rs on top of buying a faulty equipment.

It's a good product overall. But the areater did not last long as they claim it can withheld to mineral deposits and sediments. The faucet coin filter also did not last long. So its a good product but the life depends on the water quality always

Very good quality hot and cold mixer pipe for our hygienic kitchen sink. Original Kohler brand. It replaced by old local brand which was even more costlier than this one. Unbelievable water pressure that I never had with my old one right from the first day with that old one. Only one issue I have with this is the counter weight for that pullout facet is not enough. But I added that old facet’s counter weight in addition to this which is really good enough for smooth pullout and automatic release. So really so happy about this product!
